The Pan African Conference on Illicit Financial Flows and Taxation (PAC) is an annual conference convened by Tax Justice Network Africa (TJNA) in collaboration with its partners.

It brings together governments, civil society, experts, media, researchers, partners, academics and stakeholders from across Africa to address the urgent challenges posed by illicit financial flows (IFFs) and ineffective tax systems.

PAC serves as a catalyst for transformative dialogue and action, fostering collaboration to build transparent, fair, and effective taxation frameworks aimed at unlocking Africa’s economic potential and support sustainable development.
