Accommodation arrangements for hosted participants will be communicated individually. Participants should confirm their booking details before arrival. Any personal expenses, upgrades, extensions or additional nights outside the approved arrangements should be settled directly by the participant unless otherwise confirmed by TJNA. For delegates arranging their own travel, including flight and accommodation reservations, special negotiated rates are available for a limited number of rooms at the Terrou Bi resort under Group Code: TJNA PAC 2026.
It is recommended that you start with accommodation bookings as early as possible. The hotel booklet with the hotels located in proximity to the Conference venue and offering special rates for our conference will be attached as an annexure to this logistics note. A credit card will normally be required for the reservation.
Facilities at Terrou Bi Resort
The hotel is fully equipped with a fitness centre, private beach, swimming pool, restaurants and a Casino accessible to those staying at the hotel. The hotel also has a Concierge service for anyone wanting to explore the city.
Check-in is from 02:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. You may request early check-in or late check-out at the time of booking, subject to availability. Guests checking in or out before or after the designated periods may be charged an additional fee. The hotel offers luggage storage to guests before check-in and after check-out. The front desk is always open, day or night.
